I met a lady in university over a decade ago, we were both film students at the University of Regina. After graduation, she moved to BC where she met a woman from Australia, they fell in love and moved to Australia, and last year they had a baby girl. I got her address and mailed her a painting and some baby clothes; this was my first time mailing over seas, it was a pretty penny for a little 5 pound box that included Kraft Dinner, Cheesies, Ketchup chips and some chocolate bars you can only get in Canada. Apparently it takes 4 months to get there by mail. I hope she enjoys it all when it does finally arrive!
